most every family photo shoot i’ve suffered through has wound up with either me holding a wrapped present and staring at my mother like, ‘when does this torture end, LADY,’ or my brothers and i in winter coats looking at the camera saying, ‘he’s PINCHING ME’ while one of them attempts to pinch the other and i get a wet cheerio shoved up my nose by an almost-toddler.  so, today will be GPOYW: family photo edition, and we can all live in shame that we didn’t think it through nearly as well as Design Mom who’s central park photo shoot with her kids looks like it fell out of a crew cuts magazine.  not a ‘how to torture your kids’ manual.
